Dear Quality Cleaning Maid To Order Customers,

First and of utmost importance, we hope you are staying safe and healthy amidst the novel coronavirus outbreak and during these unprecedented times. 

As always, our #1 priority is the safety of our employees and our customers, so as the concern grows for the outbreak of the COVID-19, we felt it important to communicate what Maid To Order was doing to protect our employees and our customers.  

As you know, the Coronavirus is quickly spreading throughout the world, cleaning companies play an a very important role in reducing the chance of spread. To show our commitment to effective COVID-19 cleaning, QCMTO will be using EPA certified hospital grade sanitizers and disinfectant products on all household and workplace surfaces during our cleaning process. In instances where requested or warranted, QCMTO will used Green Seal certified we have researched and tested to find the most effective product to combat COVID-19, and that is environmentally safe. All products we use will allow Quality Cleaning Maid to Order LLC to ensure that your home is protected from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to a 99.9% germ free level, each and every time we clean your home. The normal Industry Standard for cleaning a residential home or a workspace is 97% germ free. 

As the information on the Coronavirus and guidelines are still evolving, Quality Cleaning Maid to Order will be consistently evaluating its products, processes and procedures to ensure we are providing our customers with the safest and most effective services possible.

Keeping You Safe


  • We have a strict policy in place to protect our employees and customers by requiring any staff member that is sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms to stay home. Our staff has committed to take due diligence in monitoring their health and the health of their family members on a daily basis and will not come to work if they or any of their family have presented any sign of illness within the past 72 hours. We are also asking for your help, if there are symptoms of illness for any persons in your home, please call us so we can postpone or reschedule your cleaning. 
  • To avoid cross-contamination our cleaners will only clean for 1 customer per day.
  • Upon arrival to each home our cleaners will wash theirs with soap and water for the prescribed 20 seconds, prior to starting to clean. This process will be repeated prior to as well.
  • As a result of COVID-19, we would ideally prefer at this time to use your vacuum and mops and only provide only the sanitized towels and chemicals. But if this is not possible, rest assured that all equipment used is brought in contained in plastic, and is sanitized using disinfecting towelettes before and after each job.
  • Fresh and newly laundered cleaning supplies are always used to avoid cross-contamination from one home to another.
  • Our staff will be equipped with disposable gloves and masks to use in every home or business they go to. They will also disinfect their shoes and or put on shoe covers as they enter into your home or business
  • In addition to our normal housecleaning /janitorial cleaning best practices, in order to eliminate the Coronavirus, we have added a new high-touch disinfecting procedure where we use disinfectant cleaning agents on all door knobs, light switches, door frames, hand rails, appliance control panels, electronics and other high touch areas in the home or workspace areas. 
  • Our staff is trained on the proper cleaning process for applying each cleaning product to remove soils first and then leave disinfectants to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
  • While cleaning our cleaners will ask that you maintain a 6 foot or more space from areas that they are working in for your safety as well as theirs.

  • Disinfectant Fog - Quality Cleaning Maid To Order offers an additional misting service which effectively kills various bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19, to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading of infectious diseases.
  • Carpet And Upholstery- In addition to our normal cleaning services, Quality Cleaning Maid To Order has the resources to provide carpet and upholstery cleaning that utilize heat and mositure to combat COVID-19.
  • Free Disinfection Cleaning - Receive a free disinfection cleaning with each deep-cleaning.

  • Clean Hands - Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds or use sanitizing liquid with greater than 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol.
  • Social Distancing - Stay at least 6 feet from other people . 
  • High Contact Surfaces - Clean surfaces that see a lot of hand-traffic, such as doorknobs, and light switches and countertops.
  • Vacuum Often - If possible, use a HEPA filter in your vacuum so that small particles are trapped instead of being blown back into the air. 
  • Use a Professional - Schedule a professional to provide cleaning services for your house, carpet, rugs, and upholstery.
